We first met in a small bar, by the Phnom Penh riverside. He was blatantly checking me out in my lacy red dress and I was doing the same, raking my eyes over that sharp jaw and broad shoulders. And even with my bad eyesight, I could tell that his eyes were such a deep, dark brown that they looked black, but I didn't dare stare into them for too long. If I had, I would've seen the look in his eyes, and known to stay away.

Suddenly, she gasped. Her heart skipped a beat. She had bumped into someone, spilling his drink. "I'm so sorry!" she apologized quickly. "Well, that means you owe me a drink," Ethan chuckled. "What?" Natasha blinked, confused. "I said you owe me a drink. You spilled my drink," he explained with a mischievous grin. "I just spilled a little from your cup, sir," Natasha said. "Sir?" Ethan laughed. "Yes, sir! How are you allowed to walk around with that?" Natasha said, trying to cover her awkwardness. "You know what? You're right. I do owe you," Ethan smirked. Natasha walked up to the beer stand, and Ethan followed. She ordered a shot for him. He scoffed and then rejected the cognac shot, offering instead to buy her a drink. Natasha felt a bit uncomfortable but remembered Mia's words-"have fun." She didn't want to seem like a nerd. They chatted for a while until... "What's your name?" Ethan finally asked "Huh?" Natasha was shocked. She hadn't expected anyone to ask for her name. Nervously, she took a shot she had been avoiding.
