It all started when I lost myself. I wallowed in misery. I had no self esteem. I felt unloved, unworthy, and worst of all dead inside. Like I was simply existing, without living at all. That's when poetry found me. Lonely nights turned into nights of burning passion. I no longer needed to cry all the time. Poetry was a beautiful alternative that changed my life for the better.
