When Hell Rises.

Kathrine Bailey's life is pretty miserable right now. Persistent nightmare keep her from sleeping, she finds herself lacking the motivation to keep up her grades, and one day she comes home to find her parents lying dead on the floor. That's not the worst bit though. She is sure she saw the monster from her nightmare kill them. When the police refuse to believe her she feels completely alone and helpless but one night a strange boy comes into her nightmare and kills the monster. He tells her that what he killed was a demon and that there are more coming. Now Katherine has one goal. Find this boy and make him kill the demon that killed her parents. But things are never as simple as they seem and Katherine soon realizes there is more to her new friends than meets the eye. Katherine finds an entirely new world full of demons, half demon warriors, and worst of all, betrayal.
