In this feminist short story set in the 70s, Lisa George, a progressive freelance journalist, becomes the first woman to write for a New York newspaper. During her time on the paper, Lisa is forced to curve her politics. However, when a case of misogyny and abuse manifests itself in her own life, she cannot help but advocate. The story explores issues from the MeToo movement in an earlier decade where outcomes for victims were bleak. Mental health and societal ignorance are also prominent themes of this intense drama.

Set in the futuristic Male Supremacist universe of "End of Women", this short spinoff follows the life and adventures of Emma Brooke, a young woman who lives through the tumultuous period of change during which all females are systematically rounded up and imprisoned in Compounds to be used as recreational and reproductive toys. No tougher challenge exists than to simply live a life when your very existence is punishable by law. As Emma begins to learn about this new world, she comes to understand it. Caught between vicious tormentors on the other side of her cage door and unpredictable feminist militias trying to stage a coup, Emma sees life under Bluenorth rule from every possible angle, learning first to survive, then to thrive and, perhaps finally, to love.
