He watched her carefuly, like a lion watched his prey, waiting to come out of hiding and pounce at the right moment. She was so beautiful. The way the wind blew through her hair, the way she held her head back in laughter, singing along to the stereo in her car. Beautiful. He stared in awe. Wondering to himself, how he could be so infatuated with this human he has yet to meet. But he didn't pounce. No. He couldn't. He must approach slowly; or so he was told. Or else the prey would flee, and his hunt would be unsuccessful.
