#Open Novella Contest 2019 Shortly after the unfortunate incident that had almost destroyed Felix's life, he had been approached by Seth Calvarez, a young man responsible for recruiting new members. Seth had explained in great detail how the club worked and had made a proposal that had been just too good to be rejected. Just a few days later, Felix had found himself standing in front of an old janitor's closet in the basement of the Gilbert building at the Stanford University campus. He would have never thought that day that the hidden club beyond the closet would become his second home and the main source of his income. She snorted, stood straight by herself and adjusted the emerald skirt she was wearing. "It really brings out your eyes." Felix eyed the girl with a soft smile forming on his lips.
