#Open Novella Contest 2019 Shortly after the unfortunate incident that had almost destroyed Felix's life, he had been approached by Seth Calvarez, a young man responsible for recruiting new members. Seth had explained in great detail how the club worked and had made a proposal that had been just too good to be rejected. Just a few days later, Felix had found himself standing in front of an old janitor's closet in the basement of the Gilbert building at the Stanford University campus. He would have never thought that day that the hidden club beyond the closet would become his second home and the main source of his income. Two years later, he was a full-fledged member, and his aim was to become one of the Elite - a group of the best heartbreakers in The Heartbreakers Club. ******************************************************************************************* "I'm so sorry." He kneeled to help her pick up the books. "You should watch where you're going. Or being the popular kid means you expect everyone to move out of your way?" Maddie stared right into Felix's eyes with lips pressed tight together. "You really think that low of me, Maddison?" The boy stood up and offered his hand to help the girl up. She snorted, stood straight by herself and adjusted the emerald skirt she was wearing. "It really brings out your eyes." Felix eyed the girl with a soft smile forming on his lips. "Just give it up, Withers. Your perfect hair and that stupid smirk of yours won't impress me." She flipped her hair and started walking away.

"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. I took in a deep breath before taking his face in both of my hands and swooping down to kiss him. At first, I was so nervous I didn't realize that we were already kissing but after a few moments, I realized how soft his lips felt on my own. Before I can register it I felt him moving against me. I would have gotten off of him but I realize that he wasn't moving to get away from me. No, He was moving his lips against mine." °°°°° Aiden Moore isn't extraordinary. He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates). And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush. It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale. She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his. Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler. The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him. The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible. So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person? Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves? _______________________________________ WARNING: First book EVER!
