Excerpt One - Forgive yourself.
Sometimes in life you get disappointed by what you recieve from the people around you. You have such high expectations, and with one wrong move from them, your whole life shatters. You dont know who you are or how to live without them. It is them that defined you. Never let anyone be the definition of who you are. You are the only definition of who you are, you are the one person who won't let yourself down. Forgive yourself for allowing them to define you. It is your kind heart that gives people in this world hope. You are worth forgiveness. You are worth it.
