How The Fault In Our Stars Should Have Ended

First of all, just as a disclaimer.... I love The Fault In Our Stars, and I feel like the ending was beautiful and fit together like a puzzle, but I feel like John Green could have done the same thing without *SPOILER** the death of Augustus Waters. I understand that there are lots of people like Hazel and Augustus who end up like.. well you know. I just feel that the ending could have been like a sign of happiness and hope for all people, it could have shown that true love can survive anything, although Mr. Green did show that in some ways, like love can survive through disease, but what we need is love making mircales and I feel that maybe this fanfic can capture just that.
