Midori Nagamori lived for a time as a citizen of Kusachigakure no Sato, a small, secluded village on the border of the Land of Fire and the Land of Hot Water. Her life was peaceful and seemingly hopeful ... until her world was turned upside-down by unexplainable attackers. It was a horrendous and destructive invasion; lives were lost, homes were burned, and livelihoods were ruined completely. 

Had it not been for her father's sacrifice and the interception of an allying village, Midori and her mother, Ayama, would have perished the same fate as their fellow villagers. Being left without a house and a village, they had to set off in search of a new place to call "home".  Having found such a place in Konohagakure no Sato, they attempted to move on with their lives and settle down within there.

Hiruzen Sarutobi the third Hokage wanted Naruto to make friends his own so he makes him go to the academy and makes him be part of a gennin squad. He hoped that by doing this Naruto learn that their are important things in life besides compling missions. Of course this mission there's condition from both sides. What if Naruto wasn't on team 7?
