Art Indigo can't remember the last time she was emotional. Sometimes, she barely feels human.
That is, until she joins the gathering; a group of people who dance in circles and chant in the woods. However, the strange gathering seems to be her only solace from the eyes that expect too much. Entrusted with the safekeeping of their precious book, she can no longer stay detached and distant as she is drawn into their conflict with another group.
In the midst of all this, Art struggles to make sense of her life. She can't seem to get along with any of her regular friends, and she might even push away the one person she truly cares about. After joining the gathering, Art finally relearns what it means to have emotions such as love, hate, anger, joy... pain. Now, everything hurts.
