College roommates, Onyx and Kinleigh, meet freshman year and ever since have remained close. They have moved from apartment to apartment each year. It is now junior year and their turn in the beloved apartment 416. 

    The college life has always been simple and one note for the pair, however, will their time in apartment 416 change the flow of things? 

Will apartment 416 cause more harm than good? Life gets more complicated with the artist who finds herself having to go out of her way to avoid love and the teacher's assistant stuck in a feuding love triangle. Follow the separate journeys of these main characters as they navigate romance, hardships, and mistakes.
