The Love of an Alpha

Do you remember when you were a careless little kid, kicking rocks around any creature that passed you? Racing your friends, laughing as one fell over throughout the woods?
Remember that feeling of complete freedom as you ran around your hometown causing mayhem, to anyone who dared try to stop you?

I never thought I would feel that way after the accident.
At first, I was completely heartbroken about the total idea of talking over as Alpha in my pack. It was unheard of for a female to be an alpha of a pack of males, it didn't help that I was a hybrid. Alas, my siblings were dead no one else in my family could take my place. One morning a couple of days later after the incident, I changed. Completely locked away my emotions, and became a huge bitch my pack says.
From that day on, I have remained the only female in my pack; apart from the females that have traveled over to the pack, discovering their mates in our mist.
I swore to never fall in love, that is....until I met him.
