The Galra and Altean Galactic Empire (AGU) have been at war for centuries. The fighting bloody and brutal, leading to the deaths of many. A tentative peace treaty fifty years ago changed all that. The relations between the two peoples in the past half-century have been shaky at best, filled with distrust, finger-pointing, and civil unrest. The Altean people announced a plan to help this, Their crown Prince Lance would marry the highest ranking eligible Galra, Emperor Shirogane, to form an alliance that would better the relationships of the two empires. But as most things go, it's not that simple....
