The company that owned it, Vault-Tec, was a government-funded organisation that worked to find ways to preserve human life in the case of global disaster: environmental, nuclear, or otherwise. Due to Y/N's service history, he was allowed into the vault during the nuclear warhead exchange between America and China, and that's where our story starts. He partnered with a large Wolf Dog as they rose through the ranks eventually joining the Green Berets. While in the Green berets Jace created a new CQB style implementing his dog into the style while having immense skill with the Karambit he carries with him in combat.
