When Clem was 11, she had the option to shoot Kenny or let Jane die. She couldn't bear it but the trigger slipped and she ended up shooting Kenny. So as she was left with, as we know it, pregnant Jane and baby AJ, things were going to be stressful. But as much as Jane was scared to have Luke's baby, she ended up keeping it and gave birth where Carver once ruled. But even if Jane survived birth, a walker caught her while sleeping and Clem ran away with a 1 year old boy and a new born girl. But after running away for so many years (she doesn't meet Javi and ends up keeping the kids), she finds Ericson's Bording School For Troubled Youth. As she arrives, everyone first thinks that she's had 2 kids already but Clem reassures them and says that they're from other families.
