Aevin sucks at being a dragon. He's small, timid, and constantly questions the traditions that the rest of his clan reveres. He's always in trouble with his dad, who just-so-happens to be a super-dangerous dragon lord.
And his falling in love with a prince doesn't help matters. 

Rhodin Carmindor is unlike any other human Aevin's ever met, mysterious and intelligent and impossibly kind. He's the first person to take him seriously, and the only thing Aevin's ever let himself love.  

But a relationship between them is highly forbidden, with a steep price should anyone find out. As things grow more and more volatile between their kingdoms, choices must be made, secrets must be revealed, and the prince and the dragon must question the things they care for the most.
