This story came from the thought that the Weasley introduction was a setup. This is NOT a time-travel story. The premise is that the Dursleys got him there very early and Hermione, being the perfectionist that she is, also arrived very early. Thus they meet and the glory of H/Hr begins. AU For now not a T rating, will probably change in later

Disclaimer: I do not own the Harry Potter franchise or any of its characters. JKR and a few others have that privilege. I make no money from this fic, it is a labor of love and mental curiosity.

"Why do you keep looking at me?" Y/N finally asked, her eyes still focused on the book in her hands. Hermione's voice was gentle as she replied, "I like looking at you." "Yeah?" Y/N asked softly, her voice barely above a whisper. Hermione nodded, her expression filled with a warmth that made Y/N's heart race. "Yes," she confirmed, her eyes never leaving Y/N's. ✴✴✴✴✴ Y/N Crimson, a 13-year-old girl, has recently discovered that she possesses the extraordinary power of the Flame, marking her as one of the "Blessed Children." This newfound blessing, however, proves to be a source of confusion and frustration for Y/N. Dumbledore, the enigmatic headmaster of Hogwarts, offers little guidance, leaving her bewildered and without proper training. He insists that the power must be developed by the user themselves, further adding to her struggle. Complicating Y/N's life is the presence of her half-siblings, a result of her father's affair. Despite their shared blood, Y/N vehemently denies any connection to them, refusing to accept them as her family. Her denial is met with skepticism, as those around her find it hard to believe. Amidst these challenges, Y/N's journey takes an unexpected turn as she discovers the existence of other individuals like her, fellow Blessed Children. This revelation raises questions about their intentions. Are they potential allies or adversaries? Y/N is left to wonder whether their encounters will be marked by hostility or the possibility of forming new bonds. DISLCAIMER! This book follows the plot of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets,I do not own any of the characters, nor the characters added. All rights belong to J.K Rowling.

There was little known about Pierce Holmes. Even his closest friends at Hogwarts knew little about him and that's the way he wanted to keep it. The known facts about the Ravenclaw's home life was his mother was a writer and his father wasn't in the picture much. While his father didn't play a big role in his life, Pierce refused to keep his mother's maiden name. While his home life seemed dysfunctional, Pierce was a rather happy student at Hogwarts. He enjoyed his classes and was friendly to other students. One student in particular caught his eye from the beginning, but not for her looks, but her intelligence. He admired Hermione Granger, because she wasn't afraid to be smart unlike some girls he came across in school, who enjoyed pretending they were scatterbrained. He's thought about the conversations he would like to have with her, but can't bring himself to talk to her. But all that changes when fourth year arrives and the Tri-Wizard Tournament comes to Hogwarts. Pierce finds himself with no choice but to talk to the Gryffindor girl. However, things don't go according to plan, especially when Sherlock Holmes is involved in the scenario.
