Aeterna Dystopia, as people call it, is the "eternal night" that has apparently emerged from nowhere and has been going on for months now. Nobody knows how to deal with it or how to stop it. People are agitated and confused, losing their sense of time, their empathy, their mentality.  The young people Nuy and Alenia struggle through these difficult times, without having a clue how their future will continue, until one day their paths cross and they unexpectedly stumble upon a clue that could change their fate and possibly that of humanity!

There is nothing as powerful in life as your first love. When this happens after clacking to a strange new world where people reverse age-let's say it's complicated. Demalynn is a seventeen-year-old girl from a small town who one day hears a loud 'clack' and is transported to the planet Saffire. Naked. Then things really get weird. No child has ever been born on Saffire; clackers make up the entire population. All people who clack under thirty reverse age: each year they grow younger. As an awkward teenager plagued by panic attacks who dabbles in comedy, Demalynn just wants to go home to be re-united with her family. Citizens over thirty grow old and are forced to mine the mineral that powers giant cooling stations to keep the planet habitable. Citizens solve disputes with gladiatorial combat. The prophesy of The Coming In Saffire's time of greatest need, a child will be born to a special woman, the Gravidarum. The child, who has no father of this planet, will be known as the Unum, a child to lead Saffire. The Helper will battle to keep the Gravidarum safe until the Unum is born. The people of Saffire have been waiting to see The Coming fulfilled. Demalynn assembles a group of clackers to get her home, the most important of which is a fellow clacker: eighteen-year-old Aiden. It is not long before Jago, the ruler of Saffire, learns that a woman on Saffire is pregnant and he unleashes all his power to prevent the birth. Jago will not give up power. Demalynn is surprised to find out she is the Helper, but is astounded to learn the identity of the Gravidarum. Demalynn must battle to stay alive and fumbles towards the realization that Aiden is much more than a close friend. She is certain, with the certainty that only a seventeen-year-old can possess, that Aiden is her only true love. Demalynn is desperate to find a way back home until she must make a choice: stay with Aiden on Saffire or go back home and re-unite her family. There's no place like home.

Actually not literally, you know, because otherwise that would be really gross. Who is V.K. McAllister? We're a husband/wife duo (Andrew and Sasha McAllister) with a unique approach to writing. We work simultaneously and in secret before combining what we come up with, resulting in dramatic and unexpected twists that surprise even us! Crazy? Yes, yes it is, but it's surprisingly fun and effective. :) We pretty much live for the Inevitable Ascension series and did just about everything ourselves-the writing, the editing, the publishing, the art (well, Andrew did the art, but Sasha provided invaluable consulting when it came to eyebrows), the audio book, the trailer-everything. Disclaimer: I wrote this novel before the movie Lucy came out it is in no way related but the premise of the brain and the powers eerily similar It is the year 2173. Human beings have evolved to use more than 10% of their brain, and as an effect, possess supernatural powers. Luna and Lara Valkyrie grew up in a foster home in the town of Westhaven, California. Both 18 and having been born on the same day, they were raised as twins, Luna adopting Lara's surname because of her own being unknown. Westhaven is a lovely town, the perfect place to live the american dream in. There is only one problem. Not only there, but in almost every place in the world, human beings are branded with a number, that being the amount of supernatural abilities they possess. By the time each child reaches the age of 18, that number becomes permanent, and everyone with a ranking above 5 is taken away. From that moment on, they belong to the government, and must train in government facilities that are a lot like prisons or army bases. Their eyes are changed by machines, and they are identified for the bright aura-like color that surrounds their pupils and contrasts against their natural eye color, "the sunflower effect". The day of the chosen has come, and Luna Valkyrie is a seven. When she is taken by government guards, she believes her life is over. That is, until she meets Alexandra Pertierra, a brazen 23 year old with a rank of eleven who turns her world upside down with a cocky smirk. *An aftermath to Wicked Intentions*

Everything is not as it seems in Winfell, where six children disappeared under mysterious circumstances, only for four them to be found ten years later telling strange stories of monsters and the Underworld, with no explanation for where they've been. Or what happened to two of them. Suffice to say nothing is fine. *** Reasons to read the Olympus Drive Series 1. LGBTQ rep throughout 2. Happy endgame gays/lesbians and polyamory as well asexuality and grey aces 3. Lots of references to Greek/Roman Mythology 4. Trans, genderfluid, and non-binary characters with arcs that don't revolve around their sexuality 5. Plenty of happy/positive relationships 6. But your favorite ship WILL be a 10,000 year old space alien and an undead detective 7. All dark/heavy topics are addressed or resolved in a positive manner 8. Postive female friendships and romantic relationships, without cheating 9. Essentially any relationship structure or sexuality you can think of comes up at one point or another 10. The queen of the dead gets a sword forged from blood Trigger Warning: Some violence and creature violence. Mild peril. Fantasy violence throughout. Extensive injuries shown. Brief fantasy violence (a character is shot point blank but we know the character cannot be injured, that type of thing). Peril to child characters throughout, though it is fantasy peril. Content Warning: Profanity throughout. Sex/sexuality discussed at length, at an R rated level though little is shown. Oh and...in case the tags didn't give it away there's heavy references to Greek mythology, therefore only like one character is actually straight.

They're seniors in high school but because of the war, they've been separated on government orders. No one is allowed outside because the government is making people to believe its toxic. They believe that if the parents believe it, the kids will too. But it doesn't stop Alex. She and her best friends decide that they are going to try and stop this. But how? They have no clue. But the first step, going outside. Is it truely toxic out there ? They're about to find out.
