"It's a fucking deviant, no way in hell we're keeping it any longer. For all we know that machine is telling its little machine friends about everything we're doing in here."

"We're keeping him, and that's final. He's done nothing but help us."

"Is it turning you into a deviant? Is that why you've been acting so weird? I have to tell Fowler about this."

{ Role switch between Connor/Hank and Markus/Carl. Simon is no longer a household android; he works at the Eden Club. Other than that, everything is pretty much the same. }

Alive | Connor x Reader | Detroit: Become Human

23 parts Complete

*Follows the storyline of Detroit: Become Human* You've been working at Detroit City Police Department for a few years, being in the police force had been you're dream job since you were a child. Currently, you investigated human crimes. Recently, you've been given the task of investigating cases involving deviant androids. The sudden change from investigating humans to androids is going to be tough to get used to, but you knew you could handle it. They also decided to partner you up with Hank Anderson, which surprised you considering he hated androids. You had nothing against androids, unlike you're partner, Hank. You had no reason to hate them, they had never done anything to wrong you. Most of them are actually quite nice, not counting the deviants. Hank had always been like a father to you, and like any other human he would easily get upset and angered, sometimes even lashing out on you. You knew that he never meant any of the harsh words, so you stuck by his side. When you were both assigned to the same investigation, you had both decided to go to the bar to celebrate. Everything seemed fine, until an android walked into the bar. Everyone watched as he approached us. "Lieutenant Anderson, Detective (l/n), my name is Connor. I'm the android sent by CyberLife."
