The original storyline was created by The_Emo_Spectrum but she never finished. She lost her touch in the fandom so I have adopted the story from her and making my own. The original which can give you the concept is called "Naruto's Sister."
Naruko and Naruto are the Uzumaki Twins. They've been together since birth. Naruko is far more broken than her brother, being the twin who was kidnapped and became capable of being a killer at only age six.
