Severus Snape has had a hard life. He fell in love with someone who he could never have and then she was murdered by Lord Voldemort himself. Her son survived, and is now known as the boy who lived. Severus has been teaching the boy at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry for five years now and still cant stand to look Harry in the eyes, all because she had the same eyes. But What happens when a girl transfers to Hogwarts that looks a lot like Lily Potter?

Lily Duchannes, born on January 30, 1979, is a muggle born witch. She did her magical studies at a school in America because her older sister received a scholarship to attend a muggle school. But in her 6th year she received a letter from Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry asking her to attend their school for her excellent work in potion. What will happen when she starts school at Hogwarts? How will everyone take on Lily Duchannes being almost an exact duplicate of Lily Evans? But most of all what will happen to Lily and Severus?
