"But... I'm afraid of falling." I stammered,clutching onto the railing for support.
"Don't worry, I`ll catch you." I heard the double meaning, the promise in his voice. He spread his arms out readying himself for my jump. 

This was it. I had to choose. Either I climb back on the balcony and pretend none of this ever happened, Jake never happened. Or I jump. Accept my fate. Accept Jake. And accept the fact that my life will never be the same again. I glanced over my shoulder, at the balcony's glass sliding door, smiling sadly. 

I already knew what my decision would be. But, throughout everything I couldn't bring myself to regret it. And as I looked down at a patiently waiting Jake, I knew it was the right one. 

So, grinning with that thought in my mind, I jumped.

Will Emily open up her walls again and trust him with her heart to take a huge leap of faith in her life ? Would Jamie see through all her guarded barriers to gain access to her heart or would their darkest secrets both reck what they both trying to keep hidden behind them in order to stop the past from haunting them. His eyes go wide. "You accept YOUR rejection? So easily?", woah I was not expecting that. I nod as cheerfully as I can fake. Emily West ran away when she was rejected by her mate. THIS IS MY FIRST FANFICTION, PLZ DONT CRITISIZE IT TO HARD ^-^ I try to leave most of your aesthetic traits to you however I do just say some of them. WARNING: in this story you are depressed and have social anxiety. it sucks in reality (ik from experience) but I have some ideas on how to use these to a romantic fan girl advantage. ;). in this story you don't have any powers (sorry) but you are really strong and independent. you also have a pair of twin katanas that you carry around with you everywhere. your parent shipped you away for the summer. a town is visible from the small plane window. surrounded by a forested area it seemed pretty secluded. it might not be such a crappy summer vacation after all. I was really glad when I managed to get my katanas trough airport security too. I might have some time to practice. the weird sensation of someone following you snapped you back to reality. when you saw that no on was behind you calmed down and went back to planning how to not make the summer suck but for the rest of the day, you knew, someone was definitely following you.

We'll be haunted by the darkness that is our own shadow, but in every shadow there's a light." He answered, as if the simplest thing in the world. I only stared at him with a dropped jaw. That was out of this world. Especially coming from Jonah. "When does it get better?" I mumbled. "It doesn't. But to go through it with someone makes it a whole lot easier." He turned back to face me. We stared at each other for a while. He'd always occasionally look down at my lips, and I'd do the same to him. I broke it off and looked back up at the sky. -=- New York City.
