Caroline Forbz was always different. Not that she was a mythical creature or anything (she wouldn't stop dreaming about it, though), but she saw things differently. Maybe that’s the reason she got bullied in previous school, and after 3 years of suffering she finally decided to switch schools.
The only thing she wanted was a new beginning. Not something new or stupid like falling in love or anything.

However, 3 month was enough for her to notice mysterious and lone Jason Lockwood. You wouldn't think he's something special, but that's until you get to know him!

The girl is craving for his attention. She succeeds at times, then not, but what is it, what this guy feels for her? And why is he always like that? Mysterious, mystic and rather alone?

Jason has a secret. Caroline has one as well. Will they open up to each other?

Skinny Love:
They’d spent the whole year loving each other secretly, never admitting it. There's passion between them, but they don't have enough courage to admit it - Caroline, because she's ashamed of that, and Jason, because he's too cowardly when it comes to confessing feelings.

Jason's secret makes difficult even more complicated and doesn't let him be who he truly is, not mentioning telling Caro the truth. Moreover, he has to pretend not liking Caro by flirting with a new classmate. It ruins juveniles' "relationship", but there's nothing to be done. Otherwise, boy's boss Zack would only make it worse.

Caroline still loves Jason, but his secretive and ignoring behavior gets on her nerves more and more with every day. Like that wouldn't be enough, Caroline starts slowly falling for a new classmate who has secret as well! She doesn't know anymore what she feels and for whom.
