Cecelia Jazlyn Rayne (C.J) can't really control her emotions, which is required for what she is. Her father is dead, her sister is at college, and her mother is an abusive drunk. Her mother has told her nothing of her species past. She is also required to take a test when she reaches a certain age. The test tells her if she is able to live. Find out if she lives, and what becomes of her in either situation.
