Peter Parker is Spiderman. He lives a (slightly above) average life, but when he is kidnapped as Spiderman, will anyone even try to find him? Iron Man is the only one who knows who he is, even Aunt May isn't in on the secret.

Timeline: CA:CW happened but to a slightly lesser extent: they fought but made up because they are grown men, the Accords failed overall. 
After SM:HOCO and the Avengers are still at the tower

I'm starting out a few weeks after Age of Ultron took place. Civil War will be a thing. Other than that I'm not too concerned about sticking to every canon detail and storyline.
