Even though Ami Doyle is born in Erudite, she knows she doesn't belong there. Ever since she started to think about what she'll choose a few years ago, she has been secretly training for Dauntless. But in order to survive the initiation of Dauntless she has to survive initiation against 16 Dauntless born. She also has to overcome homesickness to her only friend; her sister.
Set 2 years from divergent but there is no war going on.
