Bastien was doing just fine on his own, living his life, working hard, dedicated to his empire of technology that he had worked so hard to create. That was until the woman with the white hair fell into his life and began to make him second guess everything that he knew, every part of who he was. Where did she come from? What was it about her that made him question everything? She was everything that he had aimed to avoid, a distraction that he didn't need and never wanted to entertain. She was more than he bargained for but for Lily, he was the answer to long lost questions and perhaps her path back to discovering the roots of her own abandonment. Lily had been searching for answers, to questions that had plagued her and when she discovered who he was, her direction in life changed. Lily was nothing less than hell bent on recovering answers, that was, until she found herself loving the very man that she had secretly claimed as her own, in a very different way, many moons ago. Frustrations abound as she works to help Bastien discover his true nature, uncover his past and perhaps reunite him with his family. She knew him, knew the real man that he had been born to be. Despite her need to press forward, to force him back on the path he was born to live, she found herself lost in his innocence and ignorance of the matter, wanting something altogether different than her initial intentions. Nothing is as it seems and nothing is as it should be. Walk hand in hand with innocence, with the white haired girl and the man whose destiny is known to all but himself.

I was almost to the door when I remembered the leather jacket I brought. I turned back to the room and just as I entered the most wonderful smell hit my nose. My wolf started to go crazy and I looked up to see a small pale girl with black hair in a bun and pale blue eyes. All my wolf kept saying was MATE over and over again. The room blurred until all I saw was her. She was cleaning up the table when her head snapped up to my direction. Her eyes widened and she instantly bowed her head down and stepped back from me. "I am sorry Alpha Colton I did not know you were coming back." She said shaking in fear. Just then Alpha Andrew walked in and slapped her. "DONT JUST STAND THERE CLEAN THIS SHIT UP!" My wolf sprang forward and I grabbed Alpha Andrews throwing him across the room. I Knew i was on the verge of shifting but it was pointless in trying to calm my wolf. "YOU DARE LAY YOUR HAND ON MY MATE!" I growled then grabbed his head smashing it into the wall knocking him out and turned to my mate. She looked at me with wide frightened eyes and backed away. I knew that my eyes were glowing red and my canines were out but I was pissed and didn't have a good temper. When she stepped away from me again I let out a growl and she instantly froze. "MINE." Charity Andrews is a werewolf who hasn't shifted yet. She is abused and mistreated by her pack for this reason because they don't think she is anything but a worthless human. That all changes when Alpha Colton comes for a meeting. Alpha Colton is the coldest meanest Alpha that many fear. When he goes to Alpha Andrews pack to settle a rivalry he didn't expect his mate to be the packs punching bag. He has been looking for his mate for a long time and now that she is right in front of him he is pissed at what she has gone through.
