Since they left High School. Brady and Riley has two more kids. Cole and Jolie
Maggie and West ended up having a son Ethan the same age as Cole and Jude who was the same age as Jolie, with their little daughter Sadie Belle.
The Lawton's, Willa and Gunner ended up having a son Baylor. They were living life.

But as she was having a small height and a baby face, people usually mistaken her as a college student perhaps she was working in a well-known organization in LA itself. This story is a story of Jennie and Harry, who became friends then best friends and again stranger. So is this the end of their story or god has some different plan.
