This story is about a girl named Lulu Misaki who instantly has been sent to prison to get her punishment for the past 23 years. She was once a singer who has become a writer. Also, the person who told her story to the world knowing about the Kira case. Even the relationship she had towards Light. Somehow she feels lost and alone for doing something she has been regretting for the past 6 years with him. Her greatest mistake is having feelings for Light, but he has become different ever since she gave him the notebook.

High school is when it happened. Criminals start to die, and I start to be more careful of what I'm doing. But we all knew about the one who kills them all... Kira.... I don't believe the fact that he's a god like everyone says... What's more weird, other than Kira, is the fact that the top student in school, Light Yagami, wants to befriend me. College life is the next step in my life. After college I want to join the police force, work under cases and such. Kira is still going around, killing people, now starting to kill innocent people. Then, the person who I'm forced to sit with talks to me again... Light.. But I know that knowing Light... Makes me feel uneasy. Especially ever since I passed notes with him in high school. Ever since then, I saw something by his side at all times, a shinigami... Shinigami.. Gods of death... Then there's a notebook I noticed that Light had.. Death note... I think Light is Kira.. But then I meet L, a member of the group who's working on the Kira case, the best detective in Japan, the one person who hides his identity.... Can I tell him..? Can I trust him...?
