Percy Rockwall wasn't exactly a Casanova when it came to ladies. In fact he was quite the opposite, he scares them away.
Not with mean looks, or rude comments, of course, his mother raised him better than that.
No, the fact that when ever he tried talking to a girl his speech seemed to completely fail him. He was awkward, stuttering, and a sweaty mess, but only around girls of course. It also didn't help that he didn't exactly look the part either.
If his wild curly hair and dark ocean blue eyes didn't creep you out, the Greek action figures he carries around did. Percy just wanted to feel what it's like for a person of the opposite sex to like him.
Other than his mother.
He almost gave up to if he hadn't stumbled on a strange pound in the middle of the forest, and found strange females splashing around in it.
The more times he spends with them the more confident he becomes and the school girls start noticing him, but now he doesn't want any of them.
He wants the 'green eyed beauty' he found at the pond.
Only thing is she's a mermaid.
She can never leave the water, but Percy is going to change that.
Even if it means killing Poseidon or worse Zeus.

However, that was before they seemed to forget all about him. He at least had his brother, Harry Potter, but he too had gotten no letters from their friends. Then one day a small creature wearing a pillowcase showed up in their shared bedroom and told them that they absolutely, positively could not go back to school under any circumstance. Of course, the small creature wearing a pillowcase was resolutely ignored and they went back to school to start their second year anyway. Then things started to go wonky, what with all the strange voices and massive spiders. But then things got even stranger. They needed a break from all the monsters, so they decide to go to Australia, one of the only places on Earth where the gods have never ruled. During their time there, they meet some interesting girls that might just introduce a whole new problem to their hero to-do list. Takes place after the Blood of Olympus and before the Hidden Oracle... just pretend there is a time gap in there. The title is very unoriginal but I had nothing else lol But the STORY is original.
