He was one of the unlucky 20% that never recieved a quirk, and his dreams of being a hero were crushed from an early age.
however, it never stopped him from enjoying his life as he grew up.
He's 19, he loves his job, and always reccomended the best books to the children that entered.
Midoriya accepted his fate of a normal, quirkless life. That is, until he met Todoroki,
Who he soon discovered to be one of the leaders of the biggest mafia around. The mafia that grants quirks for a hefty price..

If it looks like i wrote them all in one day, that is VERY INCORRECT XD i usually have a two day break between publishing chapters, and check back and fix any grammer mistakes, or to add a cool lil bit of description.
