This is my 500 word story on World Water Day 2019 themed 'Water for All, Leaving No One behind' as an entry for the 5th Writing Project (2nd Writing Project on Water Day) organized and coordinated by Chinthaka Nanayakkara - who was a former Brand Ambassador to Sweek.com but now active in Wattpad!
It was nice of him to invite me personally to join this Writing Project on World Water Day 2019 and I was very happy to accept. Using Google Drive he shared a word document with me and when I wrote my 500 draft story he edited and enhanced it. When the story was ready to be published, Chinthaka designed me a book cover using Canva.com.
I sincerely hope he would feature my story in his new promo video on World Water Day 2019 and provide his guidance to expand this 500 words story into a 10K e-book to be published in Amazon!

Content Warning-This story is meant for mature audiences. It features adult language, references, situations, sexual content, graphic violence, and gore. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.

How would you feel when the world you grew up in crashed and burned? What if you were tossed into one that was all about survival? Would you persevere? Or would you crumble? Follow Adelaide when she tries to make sense of what her world has become. What would happen if she was tossed back into the world that broke her? Her world that consisted of her family, her brothers, her sister. Would she forgive and forget? Will she persevere or will she crack? Welcome to my first ever book, please give it a try. Silly Points of NOTE is a project I plan to use wattpad to complete. I have already uploaded it on preorder on smashwords but the manuscript is yet to be finished. I have fixed a date for it to be published and the plan is to make sure the manuscript is done before the release date. *Kindly share the chapters that speaks to you (using the social icons)* I will be posting each "chapter" (they are individual essays) on wattpad.com as I have them written.
