Charlotte, an english literature student from Brighton, goes to Barcelona for a short trip with her Spanish class. On her first day, there is an incident at the hotel pool, causing her to meet Harry, single father and musician (world-famous rockstar, to be precise). What happens afterwards may or may not be more than a summer romance.
