When do people typically meet the one? I'm 21 and I'm still waiting.
Elle is 21 and attends the University of Florida. She is working towards a degree in English and wants to become a sports Journalist.
With her past with dating, she made herself some rules, to avoid getting hurt.
1. Don't pick a guy up at a party.
2. If they say you can't see your friends, ditch them immediately.

4. Has to have a plan in progress for their future.
5. Must love all types of music
6. Must be knowledgable
7. Must love dogs
8. Must talk about, and treat their family with respect, adoration, and love.
