They whisper, just loud enough for me to hear, but quiet enough that the teacher doesn't notice. They smirk and grin at me, evil faces in a suddenly mutated classroom, swimming around my still aching body, poking me, prodding me, pushing me past my limits. I can barely stand it. I try to bring myself out of this delirium but end up sinking even farther. The faces are laughing at me, mocking me, calling me useless, ugly, stupid. The room is melting, tuning into little pools at my feet and suddenly I am screaming, crying into the darkness that has come around me and I am terrified, wanting to wake up from this nightmare, this nightmare that is my life.

"New student, right?" the Principal asked me. I nodded meekly, hoping that he would turn out to be a patient suffering from short term memory loss and would forget about detention but his next words confirmed how rotten my luck was! I opened my mouth to give it back to him--- "STOP." The headmaster yelled, the pulse in his temple was throbbing red in fury. "The options are now changed to three week detention or four week detention." he muttered in anger. ***** Andrea Wilson was looking forward to having an ordinary life in school. But things don't turn out as planned when she accidentally gets into the bad books of the hot nerd in school. And when that popular nerd turns out to be her brother's best friend....well things don't really uncomplicate. I glanced at Woo-ri, who was giving me the most bewildered look. "Go," she mouthed silently, clearly curious but also worried. I walked over to Ms. Lee's desk, quickly grabbing her things. Turning to Woo-ri, I gave her a small wave. "I'll catch up with you later, Woo-ri," I said softly. "Go ahead without me." "You sure? Don't let her eat you alive!" she whispered dramatically, but I waved her off with a nervous smile. _ A professor and her student, drawn to each other in ways neither of them can explain. The boundaries are clear, but their emotions refuse to be ignored.
