Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu x Male Reader

Hi, I'm Y/n L/n, who likes to play video games in his free time. There is this one game that I like and got on called Cross Reverie. It's a cool MMORPG that is very fun to play so I ended up playing that game mostly when I have free time. I remembered being friends with this one kid in school but one day the interaction between us stopped. I tried to have a connection with him but nothing worked. I just hope he's okay.

 In Cross Reverie, I'm known as Mirage. I made my character based off of two characters that are from a game collaboration between Disney and Square Enix and Touhou. My character is a shadowy figure, a silhouette if that helps, that wears a black coat that covers most of the body under that is a t-shirt, a long-sleeve thermal shirt, pants, and shoes. He wields dual daggers as weapons. My character had three classes which are not possible but during one of my days out, I somehow met one of the game developers of Cross Reverie.

 At the time I was just doing some sketching of character design based on classes for the game. Just some fan-made stuff for a game I love to play. We talked for some time and were granted a prototype character. This happened after I finished reading the lore of the game but before I made a character. Since it was a prototype I wasn't allowed to talk about it. After some time passed, making the character, choosing classes, and getting to the max level I decided to take a break from it to rest up and play something else.

	As I rested through the night something felt off.

I might end up making this a romcom but I haven't decided where the story is going yet. And also I do not own the saiki k series or characters except (Y/N) (more or less, you own the character but I own the storyline, y'all know what I mean) Also another FYI I'm going to be going back and fixing and changing little details in the chapters, probably a lot because I have the writing skills of a 2 year old. And also I am going to be designing the look of your character because I can, deal with it.

This story depicts an alternate timeline wherein Velzard attends Walpurgis after sensing Veldora's presence. She subsequently meets our protagonist and becomes interested in him after his display at the meeting. After thinking for a bit, she decides to move to Tempest and becomes a close ally of Rimuru. Rimuru and Velzard will sometimes be out of character since it's unavoidable. Our protagonist will be more rational and have an actual spine, while Velzard will not be as cold and ruthless as her canon counterpart. Besides, Velzard is missing a lot of characterization, so I decided to write my own interpretation of her personality based on the original light novel. I recommend at least having seen the second season of the anime since my story will pick up from there. This fanfic will follow the main story beats from the original light novel, meaning some arcs will get glossed over if there are little changes. I'm somewhat OC, so expect a lot of chapter edits or updates because I tend to reread chapters and notice minor mistakes here and there.
