EXO was always meant to have another member, however, they were too young during the debut, and were due to be slowly introduced, having a full introduction in 2014. Unfortunately, due to the lawsuits with Kris and Luhan, his offical debut was pushed back to early 2015, at the age of 14 [korean/chinese age] ('01 liner) with the album Exodus. He's also Luhan's brother, and despite Luhan leaving SM, he continued to stay.
