Alex is a troublemaker, yet he doesn't want to be. It's just that when people get too close, or too personal for his comfort, he snaps. Events of his past have left him afraid of almost any physical contact, and other people in general. He's trying to mend his broken life, and is offered a fresh start after being expelled from his last school.
Jack, on the other hand, is depressed. He feels worthless, like a waste of life and space, and has just about the lowest self-esteem possible. He's searching for the affection and comfort he so desperately needs.
The meet at a bus stop one day, but are torn apart when Alex has to suddenly run off, without even giving the boys a chance to exchange names. Half a year later, the pair is reunited, when Jack is assigned to be Alex's tour guide on his first day at Dulaney High. Their feelings for one another quickly grow, though they're confused about where, exactly, the relationship is headed. Can the two boys help each other? Are they enough?

UNEDITED!! I am not planning on editing any of my stories on here as I do not have the time, however, I believe these stories are a great and fun read. Ignore all the spelling and grammar mistakes, trust me, I know they are there. Alex Gaskarth and Jack Barakat are and forever will be the best of friends. They do everything together, almost like brothers. People often joked with them by calling them a secret romance, and the boys would play along, stealing kisses while on stage for their band All Time Low, kisses that never really had an underlined meaning to either of them. But that changes when Jack meets the girl of his dreams, Scarlet Miller. Scarlet is everything Jack wants in a women, she's smart. funny, caring, and she knows how to be one of the guys. Rian and Zack absoultely adore her saying she is a part of the group. None of this sits well with Alex however, he is annoyed by the girl, always giving her a cold shoulder. After all, she is the girl that stole his best friend. Jack has been canceling plans and talking to Alex less and less. Alex hates her, when people ask him about it he simply says she's not right for him. Deep down Alex knows that's not the truth, he has feelings for Jack that he will never admit too. Alex is the new kid at school. After transferring from his private school friendless and bullied, it was safe to say that he was terrified. He lived alone basically. His parents are great, but they're always out on business trips. He had no friends at his old school, he was just the one they made fun of. Alex has some issues of his own.
