Shapes of the Woods

This is a story based on the game Night in the Woods, the characters in it are my OCs, don't worry, the whole gang isn't excluded from the story, only bits and pieces. Aris and Marx are long childhood friends who've moved away from Possum Springs. They haven't seen each other in more than a decade, and both have gone down different roads entirely. When they were kids, they didn't really like each other, they were mostly forced to hang out with one another because they had the same school program after school, which was at the YMCA. Aris McGreyson is a 21 year old German Shepherd with a kinda pushy personality, she attended the same university as Mae for a year before leaving to go home because of the divorce between her parents, she's quite short tempered too. Marx Juniper is a 22 year old lynx with a love for writing action packed stories that stagger the mind, though he didn't go to college as Aris did. However, he's never actually published any of his stories because he lacks the motivation to finish any of them, meaning he'll start one, then scrap it later out of nowhere. They meet each other and exchange conversations with one another, they soon realize they may be something more than what they were over a decade ago however...
