DC Series Book One "No don't..." But her arms go up and the mesmerizing portals appear. Through the portal closest to them, the boys can see grass and park benches where concrete and pavement should be. She jumps through and as she does, the portal in front of them collapses. Off in the distance, where the park is, Tim can see her running away, dark hair flying in the wind. "Real smooth Drake." Damian says, striding towards me. "Should've asked for her number while you were at it." --- "Phantom? That's the name you're going with?" "It's a hell of a lot cooler than Robin." She snaps back at him. "Robin was not a name that I..." Tim grabs Damian by his cape as he marches toward her. "Be nice to the guests Damian." Alfred says in a tired voice, interrupting Damian's rant. "Bite me." He snarls at Ria. --- Dabria Tran has lived in Gotham City her whole life. First as a nurtured, well looked after baby, then as an orphaned, forgotten child and now as a desperate, impulsive teenager. At the ripe age of eighteen, Ria is on the streets, fending for herself and dealing with powers she can barely control. It is while on patrol that Tim Drake and Damian Wayne spot this camouflaged girl of the night and try to stop her as she breaks into a local convenience store, not to steal the cash but the food. After obsessively tracking her for a week, Tim finally catches up with her, finding her holed up in an abandoned building with another younger girl she is trying to care for. Bruce Wayne doesn't hesitate to take them in, but Ria's mistrust of them leads to tension in the house. Her powers are dangerous, volatile and no matter how hard Tim tries, he can't get her to open up to him. As Ria's shadowed past slowly catches up with her, the Bat Family finally realizes that they have no idea what kind of forces they're dealing with. Return of the Demon (Damian Wayne x Reader) Book III by Hot_Pocket_
16 parts Complete
Book III of The Bride of the Demon series COMPLETED It has been two years since Y/n Queen and Damian Wayne parted ways. As her time away from the Demon's kin grew, Y/n has entered society as Oliver Queen's newly adopted daughter. Now, being six months into her new role as a Teen Titan, the Cardinal mantle is born. Not wanting to be there, Y/n has done all she can to pass the time. Her teammates make it more difficult when they keep getting on her nerves. She doesn't seem to have any common interests with Jaime, Kori is the babysitter she never wanted, Garfield makes her want to pull out her hair, and Raven is more mysterious than she can care for. So, not making friends here will help, right? When Nightwing drops the Demon Spawn onto the Titans' doorstep, Y/n's emotional state begins to fall apart. Feelings are resurfacing and for an unknown reason, seeing the mysterious empath and the newest Robin together makes Y/n's time here even more unbearable. And to top it off, Raven's past begins to catch up with her, causing the Titans' lives to run amuck. Will Y/n and Damian ever repair their relationship? And will the return of the Demon uproot Y/n's new life for the final time? I do not own DC Comics, you own you, but I DO own the Cardinal mantle as well as my version of the Sparrow. Follows the Justice League vs. the Teen Titans plotline. I would advise watching the movie before reading because not everything in the movie will be written in the book.

Gotham City's vigilantes have found a mysterious young woman in a collapsed building, unharmed but shaken. No reason for being there, no hint of where she came from, no record, no information or trust, even in the Batfamily. Then she drops a bombshell; she knows who Batman is and she's determined to face him. In her eyes, she's outraced death but unprocessed trauma has caught up. Her refusal to trust anyone brings tension to the Batfamily. It envelops the Justice League, exposing her connection to a man whose very moniker makes them wonder if she's trustworthy. Why did she pursue them, or what chased her to? To crumble walls on each side and help her emerge, they must sort out who she was before--from memories even she's reluctant to acknowledge. She may also just be a kindred spirit; damaged. Dark connections are never evident from a glance, and unimaginable worlds exist outside your comfortable cities or worst nightmares, but love, family and loss is a universal concept. Mourning alone, far from home, is where no one deserves to be. *Recommended ages 15+. Based in the 'Wayne Family Adventures' universe (not including chapter 7, that's a joke, non-canon chapter), featuring plots, characters and timeline factors from other DC movies, universes and comics, but some original concepts for certain, small DC characters. (I own nothing, it's fanfic. Cover photo is the Webtoon art with a stock image. All belong to their respective creators/companies.) Strong language, violence and implied sexual or intense situations. Brace yourself; that's the trigger warning.

Jayden Hawthorne has it all-looks, power, and a reputation no one dares to challenge at St. Vincent Academy, an elite school where status is everything. People respect him. Girls chase after him. Except for Rina. As the new student, Rina wants nothing more than to blend in and live a quiet life. She has no interest in the school's unspoken hierarchy or the power plays that rule its halls. But all that changes when Jayden sets his sights on her-turning her into the centerpiece of a reckless bet with his best friend, Theodore. The goal? Make Rina fall for him. It should have been easy. Jayden has played this game before, countless times. But Rina is different-she doesn't fawn over him, doesn't seek his approval. The more he tries to draw her in, the more she slips through his fingers. The more he studies her, the more he finds himself unraveling. And before he knows it, the game is no longer just a game. Worse, Damian-his own friend-is drawn to her too. And unlike Jayden, Damian never saw her as a challenge to win. But just when Jayden starts to question his own heart, a ghost from his past returns-Hera Wright, the girl he once gave everything to, the girl who left him shattered. With Hera back in the picture, old wounds resurface, threatening to drag Jayden into the darkness he thought he'd escaped. As secrets come to light and the lines between pride, obsession, and love blur, Jayden is forced to ask himself- Was Rina ever truly his to claim, or was he always doomed to lose her?
