Silver Fleming, Amy's older sister by a year, is back in town and she is just as good as Amy with horses, but there is one thing she has exactly the same scars, some of them made by things feared by all horses.

She was burned all over in the same fire that traumatized Gallant Prince, and that both her and his trainer were blamed for.

She was let go and so was he.

Silver came back to Heartland from Fairfield Stables and her personality, was the only thing the same about her.

She was covered in burns, the most prominent on the right side of her neck, and all along her back.

She had lost one eye in the fire from a burned stick hitting her eye. Silver came back because she didn't want to lose her sister to the grief that was threatening to swallow her as well.
