There are some people who are not like the rest of the herd. Those who seek company but are rejected. Those who do not fit into any of the 'fashionistas', 'badass hunks', 'nerdies', 'druggists', or any gang. These people were just born different or circumstances have made them different. The diary of an angry young girl is about such a girl. After or during reading the book, you may have thoughts like, 'Seriously, is the writer just bragging?'...'Is that possible?'...'That's definitely bullshit'...etc etc.

Trust me, it's not a fictional story, it's as much real as the stars you see at night. I've known this girl all my life. This story is a journey of a girl crushed on all sides; a girl who you should read about because you really don't know how many more of her kind are in your lives...waiting for a ray of hope.

Ages 14+ (lesbian concepts and some profanity) This is not your everyday love story, okay? It's not a chick flick either. The events and themes within my pages have meaning, depth, truth-and most of all, reality. You are about to be taken on an adventure about a girl who's life is not like everybody else's. I look like a normal teen girl, I mean, I have hair and two eyes and two hands and feet like everybody else, but I couldn't feel more different. I have two moms, yes. Let's just get that out there before you start reading and close my diary like everyone in my life has shut me out of theirs. All I want is a normal life with normal friends who don't judge me because of my home situation. I don't even remember the last time I went on a sleepover or called somebody my age. I don't mean to be a downer, because it does get better. Life gets better. Struggles are only temporary, I know that now. And by my last words reach your eyes, I've come a long way, and have grown to see potential in myself. I'm sharing this with you because I want to make a difference. I know now that I'm not the only one in the world that feels alone. I've been there, done that, and there's more loneliness to come, but for now, I feel more prepared for it. I know how it feels to sit by yourself at lunch every day and how it feels to watch others go to prom with dates and feel like shit because you don't think you'd even have any friends to go with. Please ready my diary. I am much older now, and much more wiser, and I can't wait for you to realize the potential in yourself, too.

"She's right! She's right! I don't cut in the right spot." My hold tightens on my wrist. The red blood oozes out of my wrist. I slide up and grab my bag and run out of the bathroom. I don't care if people can see the blood I just want to get out. I race for the doors and shove through people. I earn a lot of glares and glances that read "weirdo." I ignore and push. I run to my house and lock myself in my bathroom. I don't bother closing the front door cause I don't care if people come in to kill me. I grab my razor and cut deep cuts into my arm and wrists falling into a pool of my own blood. • • • Evangeline has a great life. Friends? Check! Good grades? Check! Loving family? Check! But what if she has secrets that nobody knows of? What if the only thing she can trust is her secret diary? What if slowly but surly she's dying inside? How can an innocent twelve year old deal with these problems? Will she keep on facing these problem till the day she breaks. Her school burns down forcing her into a different school to meet different people and she has to fit into a different lifestyle as well. Meet Evangeline. Now at 17 years of age in a new high school. Not all girls anymore. No uniform. Meet Drake. Your classic bad-boy. He just moved to Saint Abigail high school. He is assigned partners with the quiet, calm, unnoticed Evangeline. As time progresses he finds that she isn't as happy on the inside as she is on the outside. Can he save her? Or is it too late? • • • Some rude language. Depression and cutting. Don't say I didn't warn you. Okay, I wrote this at the start of this year (may 2016) and I had very poor writing skills. This book hasn't been edited and the whole idea is cliche so I wouldn't recommend you read it but I'm not stopping you, either. Read at your own risk. • • • Copyright © 2017 by -moonlust. #315 Non-Fiction-9/27/17 "The loneliest people can be the kindest. The saddest people sometimes smile the brightest. The most damaged people are filled with wisdom. All because they do not wish the pain they've endured on another soul." - Timothy Delvecc Every person has a story. Usually when we look at someone we don't know, we tend not to think about what they could possibly be going through and all the thoughts running through their mind. Our brains tend to make judgments based upon what we see; and everyone knows that's not always a good thing. This is a story-a true story-of how judgment became my worst enemy. Mind you, this is not a happy tale. This is a story of a girl in search for happiness. A girl who has yet to discover herself while journeying down an unpleasant road filled with lies and torturous schemes. Don't let the title of this book deceive you and the picture of the smiling, innocent young woman lead you to believe this will be a book about sunshines and rainbows. What you do not see is the immense pain and anger that hides behind the slight grin. The scars from countless fights that are covered by the thin layer of clothes that nobody will ever see. So think again when you look at this book-because on the inside you'll find the story of the little girl on the cover is not what you'd expect.
