She'd rather help herself than have anyone else help her.Ellette knows of an abandoned cabin in a remote aread near the moutains. If she goes there, she can thrive off of wild life on her own. She never needs to hurt anyone again if she goes there. Ellette believes that if she travels there, then maybe her mind will stop with the dark secrets. CAUTION: COULD POSSIBLY BE TRIGGERING. A book loosely based on my life: my relationship with my mother, my father, my autistic brother and my sister; my life in a cult; and my battle with anorexia. This is the story of an abused teenage girl, Maddie. Her need to die has become overwhelming and she is trying to find a way to help herself before she does something she may regret. The story is told from her point of view as she recalls all that has happened to her. Maybe telling her story will help her, maybe not. This isn't just any other sob story. This is more realistic. You may even find yourself comparing your life to Maddie's while reading this story.
