in a newly discovered region, a 14 year old princess has an abusive father who's the king of the mento region and won't let her leave the castle but also doesn't want her there either and treats his daughter like a slave. the thing that the princess wants to do is start her pokemon journey to be a pokemon trainer just to escape and get away from her father but her father doesn't approve of it so she sneaks away with her mother's permission.
