There was a reason why young Izuku Midoria looked like he was about to start chowing down of people, that was because after many years of intense bullying he had given up of his dream. But he wanted at least some revenge on his former friend after so long his once cheerful optimism was gone replaced by malice.

I ship KiriBaku so that's in here. I also really like the theory of All for One being Izuku's dad so that got put in as well.

Deku got tired of hiding all of his emotions under a mask. Tired of keeping a smile on his face despite being constantly beaten up and ridiculed. He'd kept his mask up for so long that it was fragile as glass. The day it broke was a tragic one for his old "friend" and mother, but became a beautiful opportunity for him. The villains saved him. The villains were his family. The villains helped him put on a different mask. He was getting back at all the people who'd ridiculed him... or was he? All For One finds the boy and gives him multiple powerful quirks. The villain 'Jigoku' is born, but he has no interest in overtaking society or other typical villainous things. He only craves for one thing: Revenge on Katsuki Bakugou. At least, that was the plan. But then, Jigoku found out that Bakugou had been secretly in love with Midoriya. (This is smut.
