The city is already bad enough, and to make matters worse there is a constant fight between law and crime. Still...we have made a conclusion that we will no longer be part of this lawless behavior. However we have settled here long enough to know what it's like to live in this dread. But we just landed in the wrong one. After some time of living in this drought a mysterious force calls our souls. Could this be a trap? Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing. Her life is perfect the way it is, but it's near impossible for her to fulfill her wants of keeping her independent lifestyle. For starters, Willow isn't even human; she's a Volpe (fox-shifter), but being a Volpe is more complicated than simply being able to shift into a fox. For thousands of years, there were only humans and for those thousands of years, they killed each other over the color of their skin. But that was then. Now shifters are an everyday part of life and no one cares about the color of a person's skin: it's their species, and it's even worse than it was between humans and the levels of melanin in their skin. Volpes are the most hated of all the species. Supposedly cunning and deceitful to many, they are discriminated against and viewed as nuisances. Lupos (wolf-shifters) hate them most of all, with Volpes returning the favor. Lupos - with their powerful packs and Alphas throughout the world - have the obvious social advantage over Volpes, but that doesn't stop the world from turning and the natural course of events to happen. Every shifter will eventually find and bond to a person who compliments them in every sense for no other reason than a cruel twist of their reproductive biology. With little to no conscious decision as to who their "mate" will be, two shifters - two strangers - are forced together, their fates forever intertwined because of a chance encounter. To many, this is seen as a blessing, but to Willow, a so-called "soul-mate" is the farthest thing from her mind. Will the sparks fly or will the fists fly when she realizes that a member of the very species she resents so passionately is her mate? In Life everyone have their own struggles, some people put on masks on so they don't have to deal with the pain of having their hearts broken if they were to share them, while other people's masks have long been broken, whether it stays that way or heals over time is alway up to the person, but it will always be scarred never the same. Young white, a boy who goes to Aura High, a once segregated school that opens it doors to all after a program named 'Project H' gets inacted learns that not all are welcoming, people that of Alter, a hellhound who bullies him for one reason or another making his life a living hell as he tries to fight off her, as well his struggles to better himself. Arrow a Hybrid that has experienced first hand of what happens to people when they lack a certain thing that all people live and strive for, a never ending chase that they fight and kill for, and the struggle she went through to know what it is and to obtain it, will she put on a mask or build and iron wall which will change her? Follow the many more like Bria and her family struggles and the people she tries to avoid or protect.
