Romance
The death of the Sin of Lust has left Hell in disarray, for now, there is an empty and overwhelmingly large throne. The legacy it leaves is heavy with power and darkness in equal measure, neither in which his son, Lilu, wants nothing to do with. He'd rather do anything other than touch the seat. So, for the past few months, he's occupied his time with picking daisies, watching clouds pass by, daydreaming about the mysterious person he's been pen paling, avoiding painful past flames while starting up new ones, solving the problems of strangers-and most importantly, avoiding anything related to his problems. All of it is better than taking the throne. He knows going anywhere near it will undo the secrets he created to protect his loved ones. However, when life begins pushing him with a series of bizarre twists and turns, he realises he might need to re-strategize. Meanwhile, unknown to him, he's being observed by a cursed soul longing for freedom from his prison. This is the 4th Book in the Mortal Wounds Series. Trigger Warnings: This book contains sexual content, violence, themes of domestic abuse, and cursing.

(WARNING: This story is centred around themes such as rape, sexual assault, depression and anxiety. If any of the above are triggers for you, please do not read! Book 3 of When an Angel and Human Collide series, however can be read as a standalone. Ajax has never been a warrior. His fear is constant and born from trauma dismissed, truths questioned, and years of learning that speaking up only made things worse. The anxiety he carries is constant and consuming, a reminder of battles he fought alone and was told didn't exist. Then Ares walks onto his bus. Brilliantly alive, unapologetically loud, and seemingly made of fire, Ares should be everything Ajax fears. He is the God of War-born of battle, drawn to chaos, thriving where Ajax doesn't. Yet beneath the bravado lies an unexpected patience. Ares sees things others overlook: the quiet strength in restraint and the courage it takes to keep going when every instinct says to run. As their worlds collide, Ajax is pulled into a storm of emotion, healing, and desire he never believed he was strong enough to face. Loving a god of war forces him to confront his past and redefine what battle truly means.
