"Shh... It will only hurt a bit."   

It was the first he spoke to a victim of his. He kneel down to look her in the eyes. He forces the box cutter into her left side stomach and focus his eyes back onto her.  He rips the blade up her side. Her emerald green eyes began to zone out-- he stares at her eyes still without breaking concentration as if he could see her soul crying out for help. He slowly pulls out the box cutter and placed her down on the floor. He takes off his mask for the first time and looked down at his bleeding daughter.

Phobia centers mainly around a serial killer on the loose in Manhattan, New York and uses their phobia to kill them with.   

Detective Garcia has taken up a case of a missing boy. The questions he faces is will he find him dead or alive? Or will he let what happen to his little girl get the best of him?
