Katniss can't stand her lonely life without her sister and Peeta is trying so desperately to keep his terrifying memories in the past. Despite their traumatizing experiences, the two survivors are desperate to have a good life again. Will someone or something keep them apart? Life goes on but will it for these star-crossed lovers?
Eventually, things will change and time after time, Katniss and Peeta experience all the things that make life worth living.
Update: This story is under heavy editing. Feeling particularly creative and connected to my former story that I had unpublished. Learning that the prequel for THG will come out in 2020, I found myself reconnecting to this story.
