The hourglass always has two sides for which the sand flows. Time carries on through the grains. This is the tale of a grain in the hourglass who strives to make the world better as he pushes towards the top fighting against the flow. Will he make his way to the top or be buried beneath the sands?

Shinki's story
Shinki is Gaara's adopted son and was born into a regular family at the outskirt of Suna. However, at birth, he was blessed with the power to manipulate sands and soon created his own iron sand to control similar to that of the 3rd Kazekage. As a infant, Shinki is unable to control his blessed power and often wreck damage to his home with his sands flying around, destroying everything it touches. Soon, his parents was victims and got hurt by his sands. Unable to take care of him, Shinki was abandoned at the age of 3. Still unable to control his power, he often hurt innocent people everywhere he go and people feared him. The news soon alarm the Office Building and Gaara went into action. A/N: I haven't seen many stories about Shinki and thought I should write a story about his life based on my imagination (and maybe throw a little Gaara's childhood in there). Shinki is my 2nd most favorite character in the new generation behind his lovely cousin Shikadai so I thought, what better way to show my love to him than writing a story about his life? I am currently working on a new ShikaTema story (but writer's block right now...) and a sequel to my first story is 'To the past we go' (I hope it will come out soon... Also writer's block lol). Centuries after the 4th great ninja war the time of shinobi ends. After an era ends another comes, this era was the super-human society. In time the family name kept changing from Hyuga, Hagoromo, Senju and then in the end Shimura. The story follows our main protagonist Izuku Shimura, son of Hisashi Shimura and Inko Shimura (former Midoriya). His life would be calm and it would seem as if everything will be alright, however that would be far from the truth.
